“Anna was amazing! I needed a phone update and she explained the promotion they had going, helped explain the different phone upgrades and how they would affect my monthly bill. She made the info easy to understand and was so kind in her willingness to help. I asked Anna how she started at Verizon and she explained she enjoyed technology but she loves customers service and being able to explain the information where everyone can understand it and make a decision they are happy with. That’s exactly how she treated me as a customer! She was fabulous!”

“No hassle. Very polite person and willing to help me. That’s at the Collegeway. The one on Lincoln was very rude and she should be fired. Jessie said I was banned from that store. I called Corporate Office and she reinstated me. Jessie said no I wasn’t. It was per management to make the judgment call so she says I was still banned from the store. I want this investigated because I didn’t do anything wrong”
