If I could give them a zero stars i would. Lisa was great. The fit of the cover is terrible. Very loose for a cover that was supposed to be for traveling. As well water and I am sure snow will pool it's so loose. Not impressed at all. At this point I highly recommend not ordering from them. Will add photos later.

I suggest you shop elsewhere. If they had zero stars i would have selected zero. Never received the product and customer server was no help. I would never use this company again.

Terrible product. On top of the poor quality, I ordered a 24' cover for a 23' boat to make sure I had enough room to cover and the cover was still short... I called customer service and they said no returns after 30 days and no exchanges... if I wanted a cover that was guaranteed to fit, I should have ordered a custom cover. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere for a more quality and customer friendly place.

I purchased a 21’ Reinell 10 year cover in Arizona and it didn’t make it 8 months. You will definitely need the warranty. And they make you pay shipping. $35. Then you must send your cover in before you can receive the new one. So expect your boat to be uncovered for 2 weeks. Once you receive the new cover I hope they sent you the right one. They didn’t for me, and want me to start the process all over again. Only contact you have is email and they take forever to reply. Spend your money elsewhere on a more quality product. This company has a lot of issues and a joke of a product.

Bought this cover with the support pole for my18' Chaparral. The fit is not very good, but it does fit. First cover puddled up water like crazy. Free return shipping was good but took over a month to get the replacement. Support pole is very light weight so it is difficult to get to stay where you want it to. I've also had rain knock it over so water pools up. Second cover is somewhat better with water pooling up but is only about 2 months old and is sun faded. I would not recommend this cover.

Fits like a glove. It was for my 1981 Sea Ray srv 210 cc.Thank you guy for the great cover that doesn't gouge my wallet. Let's see what the desert does to this thing. Do you make AC or swamp cooler covers?
