When I went to sign up for service a year ago, they messed it up and double charged me. Lied about fees, and left me and my family phoneless for 2 days.Went in recently to file a repair claim and they added an additional protection plan costing me extra money, lied to me about my data being safe during the repair, had to make 2 trips to do what I could've done on my own and charged me for it.4/13/24 - MUCH BETTER STAFF WHEN I HAD TO GET A NEW PHONE THIS TIME. More up front and helpful. Not arrogant or pushy.
