Had a great experience with Timothy at this store. I had to set up a new account, add 3 family members from Sprint lines, and get 4 new phones. Tim was extremely patient and helped me answer questions when I had to call Verizon customer support 3 times. He then walked us through all of our options and took the time to ensure everything was set up correctly, then transferred everything over to our new phones. This took around 2.5 hours to complete everything and Tim was courteous and professional the entire time. Thank you!
