Hey USPS, I don't think I've seen an average 2.0 review (90 reviews) at a town post office station before.....and I see a lot of post offices in my travels.I'm giving a 3.0 given that I mailed a letter from here and it made it to the destination. I didn't talk to anyone or require the services of the people running this office. The letter arrived and met my basic expectation. However, reading through the dozens of reviews here, something's clearly rotten in Denmark, or in this case, Farmington.

Not friendly at all, when I was trying to explain.about my package, the lady at the counter over talk me, did not listen to a word I was saying, extremely rude!I guess it was 12 minutes before closing time she wanted to leave! I just threw up my hands and left!! Maam you should be thankful at your age still be able to work!

The first time that I had went there to the Farmington post office off of Elm Street. I did my change of address and your worker did it incorrectly. I had to go back a second time when complaining to Susan about what happened the first time she threatened to call the police on me. The third time I went to go pick up my mail that was to be held. They said I didn’t have any mail when I explained to them again the second time that I was there what had happened they came back with a handful of mail for me. This fourth time that I went to see if I had any mail they told me no when I asked if they had a phone number instead of me driving all the way from Eagan to Farmington every time again they told me they did not have a phone number to where I could verify and check for Mail . Your workers are very unexperienced rude and disrespectful.

Missing mail, mail delivered to wrong homes, Mail just never delivered, amazon packages out for delivery but then randomly held at the post office, rude staff, the list goes on and on.

Our packages and mail were wrongfully forwarded to our home's previous owners. Separate incident, I had to convince a woman at the post office to give me a change of address form after her dismissing my request several times and telling me I had to do it online.

I am handicapped and live on border of lakeville and farmington. Jumped through hoops to get m ail delivered to my home but now, they only deliver once every 2-4 weeks! Talk about serious problems, some of my mail has time sensitive response time. UPS NEEDS TO DO BETTER! I don't drive due to my handicap so I cannot get to the physical office to Reem someone out over this. Trying to talk to someone there is impossible.

I try to spend my money on local businesses but with the treatment I have received at the Farmington Mn Post office I will drive to the Apple Valley one from now on.

They regularly lose your mail and do nothing about it. We’ve lost medical bills, insurance info, packages and who knows what else. I’m thinking about just getting a PO Box in another zip code.

Our mail carrier will not deliver our mail. Sure we can pay our bills online but we have waited for important insurance paperwork and in some instances checks in large amounts thst we finally went to the post office t.o pick up. In many instances we have had 14 to 18 pieces of mail waiting to be delivered at the post office. What a joke of a national entity. Our tax dollars at work

July25 No Mail , July21-22 2023 Farmington post office is skipping delivery days . 2 days no mail in our neighborhood ..got mail on Sunday.. my mail must have been delivered in the wrong mailbox. Again. Feb.2023 There was no mail on Monday for President's Day, did not get mail Tuesday, Wednesday, snow event Thursday, why am I still getting mail? only couple times a week. . Mon 1/9/2023 my package says out for delivery at 6:15 this morning. It's now almost 10:00 p.m. no mail no package.. Wed. Dec 28, got a Christmas card postmarked Dec. 11th... (17 days to go 30 miles.) .?Dec 23 - . Neighbors are asking --. Now two days NO MAIL ? looks like I'll get my Christmas cards after Christmas .
