He noticed wasps near my unit & called to alert me to the situation as he was concerned there might be nests in my unit. I stopped over & Joseph accompanied me to my unit to check it out. “Place is clean, quiet, and secure. Our only complaint is the increased fees on a regular basis. There are comparable places in the area but the security, 24hr accessibility and cleanliness keep us here. The staff is always helpful when needed which has been a rare occurrence.”
“Storage space was easily rented but suffered from being locked in Ice. Took some work and some effort to dry out the space. But it worked and having protected items with heavy plastic bags all turned out well. Access was good. Inspect and protect and all is good.”

“Needed last minute space for a new cargo trailer. Called; amazingly, the actual staff answered the phone, not a call center. They were able to answer my questions and, even though they were technically full, they found some space for indoor storage of my trailer. We negotiated a fair deal, I prepaid and did the paperwork online. Took trailer today. The space available was too sharp a turn at the door, so I had to disconnect and hand push the trailer into the space. Too big a job for me, Lerew, the site manager, got a couple mechanics from next door to help push. Could not have done it without their help, but got trailer safely tucked in for the winter. Fair price, exceptional customer service, good facility. I’m very pleased. Thanks guys!”

Later, when I realized that the pin I provided was threaded, I asked him for a solution for ease in taking the rack on and off. He reamed out the bar on the rack to make it work nicely. “This is the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever rented, Dan was super helpful at getting me set up and he has very fair prices for units..Floors are raised to keep your belongings out of water. I would highly recommend renting a unit here if you’re in need of a place to store things… Very secure, neat, and clean….”
