“We had a great experience with Rosemount Floral! A floral arrangement was accidentally delivered to my parents' home intended for their neighbors. My mother had just gotten out of the hospital and had a major family loss that same week, so when she learned the flowers weren't for her, she was crushed. When dahlias were unavailable (one of my must have flowers in my bouquet) - she was very open and honest about it and even provided a discount due to the inconvenience.
