There is PINK dye in the brush soap and it stains your skin! Certainly not what I want to experience when washing my truck! I am glad it did not get on my white shoes!
Edit: colored wash soap is common practice with fully-automatic car washes, not self-serve bays. Colored brush soap adds a value experience for the customer in the form of a more enjoyable visual experience. Its fun to look at. I personally like colored soap in automatic washes. This is not a problem for the automatic wash customer because they are not exposed to the soap dye, because they are inside their vehicle for the entirety of the wash and dry cycle.
The problem begins when you have a dually truck and you need to wash it by hand. I typically spend at least $20 per week washing my dually truck manually in the self serve wash bays. In all other manual wash bays I've used (Northfield, Apple Valley, etc) they do not have colored dye in the brush soap. I've also noticed that the color-dyed soap dries faster on the truck compared to the non-colored soap, this means I have to rush around faster to rinse off the soap, or wash sections of the vehicle at a time, alternating between brushing and rinsing, which is inconvenient.
If this business decides to switch to non-dyed brush soap in the self-serve wash bays, I will change this review to 5 stars. I know every business usually cares enough about their customer experience to carefully think about the feedback they receive and I'll be happy to adjust my review to fit the experience and level of consideration and care for the customer.
And just so you know, dually trucks do not fit in the automatic bay.

Decent car wash. The automatic wash is a little run down, however, is incredibly affordable due to the monthly subscription. The automatic wash does occasionally close without warning for both maintenance and weather but the owner has gotten much better at giving warnings when the wash will close or if it must close unexpectedly.
The manual wash is amazing. I love having a air dryer in the manual section, I wish all self-serve car washes had one.

I was a customer of this car wash for between 15 to 20 years. I won't be returning after the way my fiance was treated By not Only the owner But the local police department. Which I will go into detail after I decide whether or not we are going to Pursue legal action. But unless you want your rights violated or you would wish to be harassed I would not recommend using their services without an alibi.

I had a problem with the credit card system. I called, was told it automatically charges $20. But if you pushed the off button it only charges what was used. He was very nice explaining everything. Answered right away. Correct I was charged $5. After 3 days. For a good amount of time of washing.

Not happy with this wash. My car was still dirty after the first passing. I do have a white car, but I keep it clean so one pass is all it should have needed. Well it needed another pass at least if not 2 passes. Will not use again
