“We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

“First time using them. We were caught in the tornados down in Arkansas this spring. Unfortunately, our 2 week old truck was hit by a tree and caused substantial damage. Jayden was great! He was straight forward with timelines. He under promised and over delivered every time! he never made promises he could not keep. Picked up my new repaired truck and it still had a new car smell! “After my suv was hit by a semi while I was at work end of September, I couldn't get an appointment through the dealership for over 2 weeks. And even that was just for the estimate. A separate appointment would then be made for a different date to start the repairs. So I was looking out 2 plus months. Also the hassle of emailing and dealing with the trucking company's insurance (since they were responsible).Never been in a situation like this and was recommended to Trail Autobody & Marine by my Avon lady.Let me just say, from the minute I walked in the door, Shannon was ready to help. She basically took over from there for me. Because of her, the back and forth with the trucking company was all handled through her. I was able to get into a rental quicker, and they took my vehicle in. She kept me up to date in the emails and let me know what was going on.I was thinking it was going to drag on into winter but, I just picked my vehicle up today! “I have a new favorite auto body shop! After a mishap with a new driver, I had a scrape with some dented grooves on my new (less than a year old after spending a year on a waitlist) van. I got multiple reviews, and nearly all of them told me that I had to replace entire panels and all surrounding parts. It sounded a lot like someone telling me that I had to entirely replace my drywall for a few nail holes. Northland reviewed the damage, was able to fix it without disassembling half my van, and have it back to me in just under 3 days for a significantly more reasonable price. So grateful, and a new huge fan!”
