I have been screwed over by OK tire in Faribault for the last time. My advice don’t have car repairs done by them, and that includes Wholesale Tire which was it’s previous name. The quotes were 2x as much as another garage and my alternator I had replaced by them in 2023 just had to be replaced again plus the expense of a tow from Eagan to Faribault and all they said was “I’ll see what I can do” and to the repairs I had done at 1/2 their quote he said “good for you”! With that attitude I don’t foresee a very bright future. They no longer have my business!

No one in town had my tire size but OK Tire was able to get new ones in the next day. Great Service and Very Knowledgeable!

After buying a tire from them I dropped my rim off and went off on doughnut spare upon return they wouldn't even put the tire on the car so i asked if we use a jack and they said they didn't have one .I highly doubt that!

Great service. There is no bait and switch. If they find something while they are doing the agreed on repair, they let you know so you can decide how/when/if you want the additional repair done.

Unfortunately we had a blow out. And yeah they were quick on yhr phone one employee was nice. I had delt with her on the phone. The guy who we dealt with was rude snide and just unprofessional. Found out later on that he is the owner. No my name is not in your system I wasn't going to give it to them either

I called looking for a specific trailer tire, Mindy said she had found my tire and would have it next day. Cool, I come to pick it up and she ordered 2 tires and they are not what I ordered. She took it upon herself to give me what they had, not what I ordered. Thats f'd up. Wasted my time, her installers time and the guy who had to take wrong tire back off the rim. I did get a refund but got rim back with no valve core or valve cap. Don't waste YOUR time here.
