Drove an hour for an appointment I made two weeks in advance they said No one there to help us even though I had the confirmation email and they showed a scheduled appointment just drove two hours for nothing horrible bank branch

I believe if one is fair, they should complain when they are unhappy with their service, and also compliment those who deserve it when things go well.I spent time with Christy Engels, the branch manager at Wells Fargo Bank, in Faribault, yesterday and I was impressed by her willingness to go "over the top" to help me. Yeah sure, of course it's her job, and yet even at the end of the day she had great energy and presence and a willingness to serve. From the time I introduced myself, in the middle of a conversation she was having with another employee, she did everything possible to get back to me as soon as she could. While we were handling the details of my situation, she not only handled the task efficiently and swiftly, she made comments to me that made me certain that she is in the right place, at the right time, doing a job she is well suited for, as well as being a caring person and good citizen in our community.

Longer wait then I expected from a corporate office branch. One teller and about 8 people in line. Overall decent experience when things got moving in 15-20 minutes later. Drive thru is faster but something you can't do unless you see a teller inside unfortunately

There are 14 cars in line, since we can’t go in to make a deposit without an appointment, and appear to be 2-3 tellers. 1 transaction has now taken 10 minutes. This is unacceptable, this branch has a very specific group that file in EVERY FRIDAY, this is nothing new. Staff accordingly.

HORRIBLE customer service. Very understaffed. Waited for over 45 minutes to speak to a banker. I was traveling and needed a temporary debit card because mine was stolen. Ended up leaving and finding a different Wells Fargo. If you have a problem with your money or banking I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Banker that I had to deal with is a uneducated idiot... the fact that this bank allowes trashy tattooed trash to manage just speaks volumes... I've been. Member since 2011 and treated like I dont belong.

The worst bank I ever seen they are so clever on ripping off your money with their hidden charges and try to convince you used the money a month ago I will not recommend anyone to here
