Walmart pickup order is the worse. Always getting substitute items that I don't want. Waiting almost 30 minutes to get my order.

Employee Raechel or however you spell her name was very disrespectful and practiced poor customer service skills. She made it obvious that she was annoyed when we were the ones inconvenienced because the self service checkout had $16.00 of our money. She would just walk away without saying anything, we sat there for 20 minutes and ended up solving the problem ourselves because they couldn’t and just walked away!

It's Walmart. You know you're going to walk in. Get something cheap, check it out yourself and walk out. Would recommend!

It wasn't clear where the parking for pickup was and I called and the employee was no help at all! Very confusing and time staking, I would not do this again.

I just shopped here in faribault and have to say the manager Devin could not have been more helpful. I have a bad back, not only did he help me in the store but carried it out and loaded my car! You certainly don’t get service like that anymore! Very sweet young man! Walmart found a jewel in him!

Safia really made my day today, when I was at the self-check and one of my items had a torn barcode. She quickly came over to help, and with a nice smile offered to look up the product. She scanned it on her phone and I barely lost any time. Thank you!!

Always pretty clean. Not fond of the self check out or some of the greeters that watch you check out. Then want to read your receipt and frisk you. Lol
