I’m the only person here and they told me it’s going to take an hour ? While there is no wait for other people ! If someone is there waiting on medication wouldn’t they do it right away ? Instead of waiting an hour in the parking lot ! This is crazy

My boyfriend went to pick up my insulin and they said “it wasn’t ready yet” so we waited until the next day, then they told us that they didn’t have that brand of insulin in stock and I could just drive to northfield. Also they never even gave me a Courtesy phone call, I mean come on this in INSULIN!!! Not cool at all, so I wasted my gas going down to there stupid store for nothing huge waste of time, they were also rude as my previous statements just reflected! Couldn’t pay me to walk into that Walgreens ever again! I transferred all of my prescriptions to hyvee, mind you that’s sad because I’ve gone through Walgreens since I was only 16 and I’m 30 now! You guys lost a loyal customer because you don’t do your job and your phone lady is super rude! ?

The worst walgreens I have ever used. They have told me twice in a row now that my prescription is at a different location each time and to call my doctor to have her change it, despite the prescription being the same for 6 months. Now I get to have a back and forth with my doctor and walgreens just so I can pick up my medication.

Walgreens by far is my favorite most favorite store in Faribault I can spend hours in there I swear to God they probably think I'm literally the richest person in the world Walgreens and I love Nick Nick is like the best employee ever Walgreens by flower is probably my number one goal for dropping because literally the coupons the app the money that I earned to send back in the store I mean love Walgreens you guys rock love love

I don't go into Walgreens much anymore. I used to go as a first stop store. Over the yrs, employees just got rude. I would only go maybe 3 times a yr. I might give the store a second chance
