Great customer service! I had a large printing order for student manuals, as well as posters needed for an upcoming conference/course. Pat at the UPS Store in Faribault is fantastic to work with! She helped with appropriate paper for dbl-sided copying; paper for the posters; provided drafts to ensure poster content was what was needed; and so much more. Highly recommended Pat and the UPS print shop in Faribault, MN.

I got in to drop Amazon return , the black lady was on the phone , so after waiting for her to finish her phone call she didn't even say hi or apologized for making me wait she said do you have QR code , scan it and I said ty and she didn't even respond.
I definitely didn't feel welcome.

Worst ups I have ever been to . If I see an older woman with glasses who is also a notary her name is Pat along with another lady she is extremely racist. I went to mail a package while waiting for my turn there were two guys doing computer work speaking a foreign language with dark skin . This lady pat was so hateful towards them and keep looking at them rolling her eyes along with another woman. Apparently this lady has never been anywhere to know that if you work in a place like ups so u should accept people from different backgrounds.They are the ones paying your salary. I see she is the owner/notary. So never do business with this ups again.

I went there yesterday to return my package from Shein. I had my QR code ready in my hand and one of the ladies told me that I had to tape it myself. I told her I was just there last week to return another package and didnt have a problem. She told me that they stopped tapping packages last June of 2023 which i know is a lie for one small paper package. I than called another location and asked a manager there if that is true and he went on to tell me that its not true at all. I did let the manager know that I was african american and how i felt that it was pure racism. He then went on to tell me to make this review and call corporate which I will be doing. If your black and you have a tall white caucasion lady that looks like she is 25 years old with long hair she is very racist.
