Called to get information, was told everything was going to work out, drove 30 minutes to get everything setup, only to find out that we had to have a pre-existing account already. Then I was told by the associate that I should have known to ask. Why on earth would I know I need to ask that question??

I have no clue who they have working there right now, but I just tried to call three times they picked up twice answered once, and then didn’t respond to anything else. I could hear them on the other line, but they refused to say anything no matter how many times I asked questions no matter how many times I tried to talk they would not speak they would not talk back, so it’s very unprofessional and on that note, it’s unprofessional to not have an outgoing voicemail. It still says you don’t have voicemail set up, so how are your customers supposed to figure anything out if you do not pick up or answer appropriately very disappointed in spending my money here. Not to mention that all I got was hello not hi this is metro or anything. I just got a random girl saying hello to me get better employees metro.

I just tried to call the store and someone didn't answer but when I said hello no one responded and I just kept going hello hello and still no one responded this is so unprofessional!!!!

Of all the ppl I've felt with there, jennifer has been the most helpful and fun person to deal with. She is the only reason I stay with metro. Thank you Jen for all your help and laughs, you're great!

I have been trying to call the store for 2 days now! Can i leave a message to call back? Of course not because the place that SELLS PHONES can't manage to get an actual voicemail set up! Does my phone work? HARDLY EVER! So I would appreciate it if the people I pay my phone through would actually pick up when they are called 15 TIMES IN ONE DAMN DAY so I can get it to work! $80 family phone plan mine is the only one that never works! Seriously pick a different phone company because they obviously don't care about there customers Or they would at least set up a voicemail so we could leave a callback number!

I have never had issues with metro carlos always is very helpful and let's me know about the newest phones available. I would definitely recommend everyone to see him he is very nice and will help with every question you might have

Too busy and uncaring management. Need more than 1 person. And video cameras is creepy, watching staff instead of helping?!
