Dr Wariboko is the most understanding, honest,blunt yet kind Dr I have ever had. I'm one of his patients and I truly feel this Dr cares about my health . Highly recommend him if u can get an appointment !!!

I’ve been trying to work with them as much as I can to get a diagnosis for what is clearly severe disease of some kind but after about 3-4 years of trying it’s become clear I’ve chosen to trust the wrong people with my wellness. They’re so clearly biased against helping me due to my mental illness and age that I firmly believe it should be illegal.Their app is poorly designed too. I hate calling them to schedule appointments because I’ve had to have so many, so often and I struggle with their phone scheduling. But their app wont give me appointments that are anywhere near the current date especially if you use it to cancel an appointment because you can’t make it.The nurses and doctors aren’t bad, they’re clearly doing their best but the system they work within isn’t allowing their intentions to care for people to be realized very well.

Well unfortunately I would give this place zero stars if I could. Not to mention phone options are horrible and unnecessary. I had a c section and preemie baby the 14th so just a few days ago. The Mayo Rochester hospital advised that my baby HAS to be seen on Monday for a check up appointment. I wanted to do something closer in town so I didn’t have to travel far with how small she is, she’s about 4 pounds or less right now, and my primary care could only see her in Chanhassen today so I called Mayo so they could see the baby and do her check up today instead. I sat on the phone for almost two hours, got transferred and then I was helped by someone who couldn’t get through their lines to see why I couldn’t get any help which was very frustrating. I eventually was told that I would a receive a call back once they figured out what was going on. They advised they saw my note in the system that my daughter had to be seen right away due to her size and her being newborn. I was then told that since her primary care will not be Mayo that they refused to see my newborn daughter for a necessary check up, and to look elsewhere. Yes, I repeat they REFUSED to see my newborn premature baby. I could not believe they would refuse service to newborns, or anyone for that matter pretty unethical…

Very upset that you guys changed the phone options you now have to enter your date of birth and I have been on hold for way to long and can't even get to the department I need.. They answer and say we will transfer you they do but then it starts asking me for my date of birth again and I keep going around and around in circles ? Very frustrating and so much harder then it was before....

I have to say that their services could use some improvement for managing patient care. Due to issues it took weeks to move forward on a pain related item. Long time to manage such a harsh item.

Go here if you would like to be completely ignored about your past medical history. Don't worry, you'll leave worse than when you arrived, especially if you have some sort of anxiety problem they don't seem to be able to address. When PTSD finally kills me I sure hope the good people at mayo Faribault send a card.

Maybe because these people work in a hospital they don’t think they have to show anybody any type of respect or customer service. Absolutely some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with.
