Very dissatisfied! Recently purchased materials for a deck and the salesman used lumber twice as big as needed, only sold us partial of what we needed and the way he “designed” it wouldn’t even pass MN building code!

Called the Pella location on September 3rd to get a quote. still hadn't heard back so I called this morning to get a price so I could figure my own quote. Extremely rude when I called them out on the lack of a timely quote and was hung up on when I didn't want to wait again for a call back. Terrible customer service.
