I find the staff at the inside pharmacy very nice and helpful.
At times the drive up is slow, but, some customers don't want to go inside. I can be just as slow inside when it's busy.

They can’t get it together here at this location. Every time I went to pick up prescription they always needed something more. Insurance, which never changed from last time. Then I go to pick up the next day and was told that they had to order it. Why wasn’t it ordered the day I first came in. Then the drive through is the slowest thing I have ever seen. I certainly won’t get that time of my life back. Now I just find out the prescription is on back order. Why wasn’t I notified. Wasted time and wasted gas. And my son still doesn’t have his meds.

Ignorant, unhelpful staff at the service counter. They may as well staff it with rocks. That’s how useless they are.

First time in the pharmacy at Hy-vee. Delia helped as soon as i walked in and answered any of my questions. Havent had that kind of customer service in a long time in other pharmacies ive used. Will definitely recommend and come back soon. Thanks for a pleasant surprise

Had the experience of losing my fuel discount with out warning! When you earn this discount by shopping at Hy-Vee the do not tell you it's only good for 30 days ! No warnings, just loose the discount, nothing on sales slip that they are about to expire! Very upsetting!
