I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep from Harry Browns, and the experience was fantastic. Efrain, my salesman, was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel very confident and satisfied with my purchase. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured at any point during the process. Efrain's professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made the experience enjoyable. We bought a new vehicle from Harry Browns 10 years ago and last week we purchased our second vehicle there. Randy Beltran was there then and now to help us through the process of finding the right vehicle for us. Randy is the most professional sales associate we have ever worked with. He listened to our needs and wants, for where we are in our lives. He is so nice, never pushy... the epitome of great customer service.
