I needed an antenna to be able to reach the local TV stations. I did a Google search and found this business. I met Dave and I was totally impressed with his knowledge in helping me to find the right antenna that would work where I live. He assembled the antenna for me and put together all the other things I needed to install it outside of my house. I enjoyed walking through his store as it reminded me of the TV repair shops that existed in the 50s, 60s and '70s. This was a great shopping experience for me.

If I could do a zero for a rating, I certainly would. Very poor service for security monitoring. And then to make things worse, they have someone that answers phones and tells us to F.... ourselves. How disgusting. Changes security numbers without our authorization. The most disgusting company we've ever done business with.
