We wanted an amaryllis for Christmas and the lady that helped us went to the extra mile to put it under the counter so that we could pick it up for the sale price! We even got a NICE Christmas weath for a nice price also!!

Aggressively helpful staff. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello. They escorted me to the items I was looking to purchase. I will say the help was so overwhelming that it became a negative for me. All in all, a good store and good staff.

They have what you need. Can find printable coupons at times without the need to be a club card holder. Just had one for 25% off anything $50 or less.

Consistently best customer service we've ever had at a hardware store. They always ask if you need help and really have the answers when you do. We've walked around other stores looking for help and no one seems to bother. Always a helpful team. Placed an order for a BGE and Taylor went out of his way help us order the right set up and then got it to us for the weekend of grilling! He stayed to help us get it started up with plenty of helpful tips and advice.

Employees are ,"johnny on the spot " to help me find out if they are carrying the item I am in search of. It's local, smaller than the box store. Today I bought a quart of paint. Good job.

When I need to get a key cut, Ionly come here. They have never failed me except once and remade it without question. They are always very helpful. If they don't know the answer they grab someone else that does. Thank you all for your hard work.

I have to say how much I love ace hardware in Faribault, you get the small town service something you don’t get at Menards. I was attempting a DIY attempting to change some barn wood I purchased but didn’t care for the color so I took it to Megan at ace and she explained the different stains, how different sandpaper would effect the look and actually showed me how each different color looked on my wood, I left there not only understanding stain but different ideas to use on my project. Megan couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend Ace hardware in Faribault!
