We used Cannon for our Samsung microwave repair. Appointment scheduling was easy and timely. Joe was very courteous, arrived on-time, and completed the repair quickly! Highly recommend their services!

Extremely knowledgeable, more so than any appliance techs I have ever me. Joe is very kind, and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone with smart appliances especially SAMSUNG as nobody else seems to have even the slightest clue compared to Cannon TV!Thank you again for the help with the ice machine and waterwall!

Great customer service and very friendly. Was able to get my washer fixed with a few days of opening up a warranty claim with Samsung.
