My clinic MD and his support staff are excellent. Ive been seeing my doctor for 3 years now, and I don’t have a single complaint. I have multiple chronic health issues, some are serious. He is very patient with my questions, he listens to me, and is very detailed with explanations and treatment rationale. I trust him and his staff.

Allina always takes good care of me. Their staff are friendly, professional and really listen to you. They make being sick easier.

The Faribault clinic is very professional in comparison to the Woodbury clinic. Always on time and I have great care in Faribault. I recently went to the Woodbury clinic, and had an hour wait to see the Dr., and still have concerns on my issue.

My advice is to go to this clinic if you want to be heard and feel they care. I came from another clinic I did not feel this way at all at and now I feel so much safer and cared for.

Excellent health care at this clinic and hospital. I am so impressed by the medical teams in the Emergency Department, the third floor Surgery/Recovery area and the Clinic. Care is coordinated and staff are compassionate and caring.

My advice if you need medical care, go to urgent care or ER Because you'll wait for an hour better even if you have an appointment don't bother. Their time is important, but yours is sure not on their agenda as important. If I could get them no stars I would..

Don’t go there if you want to be seen at your appointment time. Long long waits. They put other things over your appointment. They don’t care about you or your time.

Absolutely horrible place. If you really need help, just go anywhere else except here. The staff doesn't care, unqualified and rude. This is just a money making machine operating on its finest level.
