Completly dishonest. Brought my truck there twice for an alignment. First time they had my truck for 4 hours said it was all done, came to pick up my truck and asked to see specs. The guy scrambled in the back and came and turns out no alignment had been done due to loose ball joints. They were all set to takey money and give my truck back had i not asked. Okay fine, I put ball joints in my truck brought it back. Was charged $145 ish dollars for an alignment. Steering wheel still completly off, and not just a little bit. You can visibly see the wheels are still toed in. Come to find out I have a bad idler arm. Any newbie mechanic should know the idler arm holds the toe in alignment, and one look at the idler arm and you can see its visibly bad. So tell me how an alignment was done to spec with a bad idler arm? Good try, thanks for the scam.

Took my 2009 civic to fix the cause of leaking coolant back at the end of February 2024. Paid about 1300k and after a few days I realized the car was still leaking. I took the car back, they looked into it again and said it wasn’t fixable. They refused a refund because service was already done. They “fixed” it charged us, and actually took a proper look into the car the SECOND time we brought it back and said it wasn’t fixable due to the crack in engine. I don’t have 1300 lying around. It’s unbelievable you checked the car but not throughly the first time. It feels as if you did know the crack was there yet lied just to make some money. Talk about taking advantage of someone.

I had a great experience recently at Honest 1. They were able to quickly determine what was draining the battery and discovered a loose screw in the trunk light. I was anticipating a major expense but was pleasantly surprised that the cost was just for the diagnostic tests.The staff kept me informed, were knowledgable, professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs. Thanks!!

This center absolutely does not live up to their name. They gave me a very high quote, so I asked for their part codes to look up online and check if they were charging me the right amount, and was met with a hostile refusal. After asking for that information and declining some of the repairs they recommended, their communication became very brusque and unhelpful. The front desk staff person is very nice, but the rest of the experience has very much turned me off to this mechanic.

Pretty impressive, my car got steering system seriously damaged hitting the curb hard in icy conditions. They got me in the same day without appointment despite clearly being very busy and performed a major fix by the next day.

I called one day ahead of time set the appointment for the following morning to have a windshield replaced, it took half of the time they said it May. They even salvaged my State Park sticker!

They had my car for over 24 hours to do a simple oil change. The guy on the phone told me my car would for sure be done by 4. I came to pick it up at 4 and was told it would be done within 15 minutes yet I still had to wait over an hour to get my car back. Then on top of that the guy at the front desk says he’s a new employee therefore he didn’t know how to properly refund my loaner deposit. Stay away from this shop should be called Incompetent 1 instead!

They stack on charges. Spent over 2k and wouldn't accept their own $75 coupon "because it was not presented at the beginning " just shameful. Never going there again.
