Once again Kyle Flohrs Helped us out. This is the 3rd vehicle he has helped us with. He is an amazing salesman. He is helpful, kind respectful, knowledgeable, and knows what we are looking for. Our first vehicle was a 2016 Ford F-150, then a 2021 Ford Escape and now a 2022 Ford Escape. As long as Kyle stays working at Fairmont Ford we will continue doing our business there. We have complete trust in Kyle. We give him an A+.

Kyle Flohrs is a great salesman. He helped us with our trade in of our 2017 Ford Escape to get a 2021 Ford Escape. He was able to get us what we wanted for my Escape in order for me to get the new Escape. He waited for us to get back over to Fairmont with my escape to do the trade. He was kind, respectful, helpful, courteous and really understanding what we wanted to do. We appreciate working with him. He helped us with the trade of our truck in 2019 and I only wanted to deal with Kyle on this trade. We will continue to go to Fairmont Ford as long as Kyle will be our salesman. Thank you Kyle for all you do.

Kyle contacted me shortly after I requested information on 2024 Escapes other than those available on their lot. He provided a printout of a window sticker of what I described on the phone, and it matched what I was looking for. He then located an Escape that was available. The process went flawless. Kyle set up everything in my vehicle and phone before I left.

I have purchased two vehicles in the past several months from Gregg Smitherman at Fairmont Ford. Very professional, made purchasing a vehicle very easy. I also greatly appreciated his laid-back attitude, so you don’t have that high pressure sales feeling. I highly recommend this dealership. They have also provided service on my vehicle which was done timely and well! If you are considering a Ford purchase in Southern Minnesota, give this dealership a try!

Recently, I had an exhaust manifold replaced on my F-150. Due to several broken manifold bolts, the job took longer than expected. The service department kept me informed on how the job was progressing. The final bill was less than the figure I had in mind, with removing several broken bolts. The people in the service department were very good to work with. Thanks.

We bought a 2020 Edge a couple of weeks ago from Kyle. We traded a pickup off so that we could get into our vehicle easier. We also wanted better mileage and we certainly got that also. Having bought many vehicles from Fairmont Ford we were treated like it was our first one there! We were not pressured, we received plenty of time to think over our purchase before signing on the dotted line. This was definitely a pleasurable experience! Thank you Kyle!
