A+ customer service from sale, to delivery, to repair! We purchased a new refrigerator and it was delivered…(in the pouring rain no less) During delivery a small dent and scratch occurred on the door. The professional delivery men quickly acknowledged, apologized, and told me it would be replaced as soon as possible, which is was. Such a positive experience and so wonderful to have this company in our community! Thanks to Dan’s Appliance and their top notch employees!!!

Initially went in looking for appliances and talked with Jarrod he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job calling and following up. Our schedules did not line up to meet back up with him to order, but Zach did a phenomenal job getting us what we need. Overall, great experience, great selection, and would highly recommended.

Huge shout-out! Our Fridge died yesterday we were able to purchase a new one yesterday at Dan's. They delivered and installed the new one today. The price was the same as a big box store and their customer service was top-notch!! The two delivery men were very courteous and professional!

I just recently bought a wash and dryer as well as a refrigerator. Jose was the one who was helping my family and I. He was super helpful with questions we had and explaining the products. He had great attitude and was very personable. I never once felt he was pushing me to make a purchase or that I was inconveniencing him. Very happy with my new appliances

This review is for the two young men who delivered our wash machine. They were professional and also friendly. They quickly took the old one out and brought the new one in. In a matter of a little over a half hour they were done along with instructions on how to run the new washer. Very impressed with this aspect of the service of Dan's Appliance.
