I did some landscaping around the rental property in 2020 over memorial weekend. Mike and Jake was super helpful and even let me pick some rock up after hours. They got this white lime stone out of Fort Dodge and it just really tied the yard together.

This company was called Wednesday, September 16. An order for black dirt fill was placed. The delivery was to be on Thursday, September 17. The instructions were to drop off the dirt in our driveway. We were in the process of cleaning the area and needed our driveway. The driver of the truck was informed that the order was not to be delivered until the next day but he would not wait until then. He informed me that he was in the office and decided to make the delivery. His actions not only contradicted what we, the customer, had ordered, but caused great deal of problems which ended costing me a great loss of time, additional work and cost.

I worked with Jake on rock for our driveway. It only took a couple days from our initial conversation and two semi loads were dropped at our building site. It was done quickly and at a reasonable rate. Will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
