I needed a rear window for my Yukon., The owner operator is a hands on car guy..I Pulled up and started moving items to the front of my vehicle so if the glass tipped over it would not break and the owner came out and said lets just put it on here before you leave 3 minutes lator I was heading back home with glass installed!”

“Absolutely my go to Oil Pan people!! They deliver a quality product and go out of their way to get it done in an unreal timely fashion.
I had a customer call me on a Sunday night, seems as if his oil pan, of another well known manufacturer, had cracked at a weld and was putting oil in the diaper. I called Josh first thing Monday at Kevko and asked what we could do? Josh said a custom pan would fix the problem and they would get right on it. At 3 in the afternoon I received an email with tracking showing delivery to my customer on Wednesday giving us plenty of time to make the pan swap and race that upcoming weekend!!

Unlike most parts stores these days that hire folks who have absolutely no knowledge in parts and repairs and can only answer questions from the computer screen information.”

“The Walmart auto care center staff were very helpful, especially after they knew that I have to park my car there for at least two nights. Because I foolishly left the Wheel lock keys at my house in California and didn't bring them with me on this trip. Therefore, they were unable to provide tire change services immediately. So they immediately reported my situation to the store manager. I was approved to park my car there!

Ironically, I had to tell my friends to mail the wheel lock keys here via next-day delivery.

I booked a hotel nearby for two nights, and now we can only walk there to check in.

Two days later, on Tuesday morning, I received the package from California before 10 AM.

So, I immediately came here to get my tires changed. I had already booked and paid for the service through the app earlier.

Therefore, the whole process was very quick and smooth.

Especially appreciate all the staff in the auto care center.

After the tires were changed, we left immediately, because we had been delayed for a while along the way. Our next stop was Mount Rushmore, South Dakota.

If we have the opportunity in the future, we will definitely come back to Minnesota for another trip. By the way, the people of Minnesota are really friendly. Thank you, Minnesota Nice!

Here's what happened; I'll explain in detail below.

I was driving back to California after a road trip in the New England area, unfortunately, I experienced a flat tire.in Blue Earth, Minnesota.

Called for Geico roadside assitance and I was told there is no towing truck available on Sunday, Let me find it my self.

I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911.

Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service.

A short while later, the state trooper arrived first. He told us that the tow truck should arrive soon and asked if we wanted him to wait until the tow truck arrived before he left.

After the tow truck arrived, I told him we were going to the Walmart auto repair center.”
