I was in town on Good Friday. My mom had a check to deposit, but because it was Good Friday, I called at 4:30 to be sure they were open. Theresa picked up the phone and said that they had closed at noon, but they were still working, so they could open up for us. I said, "No. It's not urgent. I hope you finish soon and can get home." She asked if I was sure. Wow! Talk about customer service! I'm glad my mom is with this bank!
