Giving a one star review as I have a package from July 13 that is still in a pending status at this location. I am pissed off as these were prenatals for my pregnancy and my only assumption is someone working there saw them and decided to take them for themselves. You cannot contact anyone or reach a real human to even try and figure out why your package is pending and not being shipped.

Package delivered to the wrong address but the carrier did resolve the problem and was very apologetic.

Horrible, the website says my package is being held here. So I go to pick it up, they tell me it is in Chanhassen. Chanhaseen says it is not. I have a tracking number that says Excelsior. Not sure why this is so hard. No idea where the package is and I have been waiting for 3 weeks. Always use UPS!!!!!

What can you say about the Post Office? Where would we be without it? Friendly, helpful employees. Nice atmosphere. In and out really fast. They have everything you need to send stuff. It's the best!

Tell your driver who delivers to Woodland Cove to slow down! She drives like she's in Nascar. NO ONE is in that much of a hurry.
