I recently visited this tobacco store and was thoroughly impressed. The store has an excellent selection of high-quality tobacco products, from cigars to pipe tobaccos, and everything in between. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to offer expert advice and recommendations. The store is well-organized and inviting, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended for all your tobacco needs!

The owner is kind of a jerk, but all the younger guys working there are knowledgeable, quick, and friendly! Luckily, the owner is rarely in the shop.

I want to thank everyone that helped me today when I had a car accident in front of their shop. So many people were so nice including police, paramedics and just visitors and staff. I'm sore but glad I wasn't hurt worse. Thanks again all !!

I came in once and asked for a suggestion on products, the guy says "you have to decide I can't decide for you". I felt this was poor customer service but I gave him another chance. I came in and bought a coil from him that didn't work for my machine so I asked for an even trade back for the right coil. He said he couldn't do it. It's a $5 coil, I guess my business is not worth it.Stores don't deserve customers if they don't apprecitate them. The reviews are full of "I am sorry" but no changed behavior.Go somewhere where your hard earned money is appreciated and not taken for granted.
