Nice store with friendly service. Note - the largest size they have is a Large. Apparently no one in Excelsior needs a larger size. They do have some nice jewelry and cute accessories.

I came into store..I was greeted with her back turned away from me. I assumed it was due to her being busy with other customers that were in the store before me..Even AFTER they left, she gave me not one acknowledgement at all. I seen a few nice items ranging from clothes to shoes, that I wanted to try and buy if they were available. She not one time checked on me. When I looked over, she was just managing the desk and either folding or organizing. Not once did she look my way. This experience was sad...I am a woman of color and I don't know if that was a factor but the customer service was horrible. Please do better!!!!!!!!

Great little boutique shop! My wife really enjoys coming here, and has purchased quite a few things here. Friendly and helpful staff. As a bonus, the store is also dog friendly.

Honestly this store is super cute. I was really disappointed at that the range of sizes. I am a 16-18 and wanted several things in the store but couldn't find anything that would fit me. I hope there is a plan to expand the size range in the future

Staff and customers were all wearing masks if that worries you along with hand sanitizer. Great up to date styles that are not on the expensive side (bonus). I aLways check out the material so it will last longer than one time washing as some choices are on the cheaper side. Most importantly I always find something without fail.

I love that the sales associates greet you right away and let you know that they are there if you need help. They don't hound you around the store. I like looking on my own. This place is clean and beautiful.

I'm a local and shop at the White Bear Lake location. Super friendly staffs and customer service. I happened to be in Minnetonka last Saturday and saw Primp so I decided to look for a last minute dress and bought a red dress. Beautiful clothing as always. Took a star out because customer service wasn't welcoming and friendly to me.

Primp is one of my favorite boutiques. It has fun and fashionable clothing at a very reasonable price. Any time that I have ever gone to one of their locations, the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I love that the inventory is always changing. There is a specific return policy, so be sure to check that out before you purchase your items.

I love the spot. If I'm not mistaken, all items are under $100. I would not tell you to expect the highest quality, but you definitely will get current trends and good quality. I go here at least once a month and leave with 1 to 3 items. It's hard for me to walk in there and leave empty-handed. The women who work there are always the nicest. If you don't see what you're looking for, mention it. The girls might have something in the back. What you see changes over very fast. The whole store might be completely new within two weeks or less. They only get two sizes of each item usually extra small or small through large. You can find local T-shirts, dresses, pants, shorts, accessories and shoes. The Excelsior location is the largest out of all nine locations. All ages are welcome. I see teenagers up through grandmothers shopping there.
