“They have a self serve pet wash in the back that we use 2-3 times per month. It is reasonably priced, and they price based on time, which we appreciate with two dogs. We can typically get them both clean and dry in about 30 minutes.The staff is always friendly and helpful, often passing out samples of treats as well. Pet Stuff has been a really good find for us!”

He answered questions about issues that have come up with squirrels and bird flu, and other things, supported my passion for this new hobby by being incredibly helpful and kind, and recommended some great new feeders and solutions as well as feedback. “My senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. “I brought my pup in for a vaccine at one of your vetco clinics at your Eden prairie location. The four vetco employees I encountered were great——my pup was a bit scared and they were very gentle with her. And the cashier who checked me out after the appt, was delightful. Pavlina was as sweet as she could be and finished my already pleasant experience on a great note. I encountered one other employee on my way up to the checkouts and he was also very friendly and made me feel very welcome as I walked by him. Thank you for the great experience.”
“This store is absolutely amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of animal except reptile/fish. They have a ton of stuff for hunting and everything you could possibly need for outdoors. They have a large clothing, selection, shoe collection and a nice clearance area. The customer experience is unmatched. I walked in the door and was welcomed with some breakfast samples. Then I noticed free popcorn for customers, which was awesome. They also had a caramel apple station which was also free. Then on our way out after a few hours, we were able to get free hotdogs. I went didn’t expecting to spend maybe five dollars and ended up spending over 70 because of how awesome this place and because of the great deals!”
“I am a raiser for Can Do Canines, and I love being able to pop in here for a mini spa day for the program dogs. They love the techs here and the special treats. The nail trims and ear cleaning are quick and affordable. I come first thing in the morning and check out the adorable ferrets while I wait for them to finish their mini pampering.”

“A cute little petco in chaska. Apparently they've been here forever, but I've never noticed them. Currently under a remodel so I didn't feel pictures were appropriate but the staff was nice and abundant. The drop of 1 star is that the front is confusing. The grooming desk is immediately inside, but kinda looks like tue cashier desk... and the cashier desks are tucked back a little bit. Kinda weird and the remodel should probably have addressed this, but overall a good store and well stocked.”
“I really love talking with the short, white haired gal. She's delightful, as are all the staff ( there's also Katy, I think that's her name? She's my favorite!) love PetSmart for enabling me to feed my kittie kids quality food.”
