Went there for my first time today. Maren (sp?) Was absolutely fantastic! Not everything was my style (I can be kinda picky) but Maren helped me find so many great things! I've been looking for Tank tops like theirs for years...no joke! Super cute sweaters, hats, earrings. But Maren was the best part for sure!

I just returned from Ooh La La to buy ~ yes, Christmas presents for my sisters and nieces. All items and sizes were available ~ I was so excited as I have been planning these gifts for a year. Kathy and Shaylynn could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They truly made my shopping experience wonderful, fun and memorable. I have shopped here previously and have always left pleased and eager to share the boutique’s name, location and brief description of clothing, etc., available. But today, I not only left the store thrilled with my purchases, but with two new awesome women acquaintances I hope I can call friends. Thank you, Kathy and Shaylynn ~ smiles and friendliness go a long way. You both made my day. ?Mary

My wife just came home and told me of her experience at this shop.... She has been here before and has purchased numerous dresses in the past. When she was in today she had picked out a dress and the workers, whoever they were, were nice and chatty and friendly......then my wife presented a gift card that was "old" and their demeanor completely changed. They told her that she was getting a "free" dress and made her feel like she wasn't worth shopping there. It's my assumption that gift cards have been paid for therefore using it is not free. Thanks ladies, for making my wife cry and not feel worthy of your uppity shop.

A crappy store that doesn’t stand by their faulty products. Zippers broken on pants but we don’t care. Sale was rung up but no record of 237 purchase. SAve ypyr time and money go somewhere else reputable.and there’s my receipt

Darling little boutique in downtown Excelsior. Has cute clothes and great accessories. Carries a really nice selection of Sorel footware. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I placed an order on 8/26. Order still has not shipped, no credit was issued, has not responded to 3 emails after their first reply. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money returned. VERY sad. I really wanted the white Dog People hat.
