“Awesome experience at Nordgren with just getting my oil changed on my BMW diesel X5. Who knew that it could be this easy as compared to going to the local BMW dealership and feeling i was getting fleeced with a shopping list of other “suggested” issues that should be dealt with. I can honestly reference my recent experience with my X3 at a BMW dealership with getting my water pump replaced for $3,091.82 AND coming away with a suggested list of repairs for $10,545! One particular shining star of Nordgren’s was the honesty of letting me know that my X5 was going to indicate the vehicle needed rear brakes in 5k miles. However there’s actually more life to the pads than that! Who does that I ask!!”

It was only a few minutes before closing time, and these guys were kind, helpful, and top notch. Weston never hesitated helping out, even though we didn't have an appointment and it was close to closing time. They plugged the car into their scanner, looked up the code to help diagnose the problem, and let us know if we were able to operate the vehicle safely an hour back home. “On a Friday, I drive to subway for dinner. When I was leaving, someone in the parking lot asked me if I knew that my front tire on the passenger side was flat. I did not. I drove slowly to heartland tire and they were closed but there was one employee still there and he told me I couldn’t get a new tire until Monday. He did offer me a loaner car, though, which I used and even though I wasn’t happy about my tire, I was happy to have the loaner car. They were able to fix it on Monday and I had my car back!”

“I am a regular at Minnetonka Valvoline. Two different cars, for several years now. The oil changes are quick and thorough, the techs are always nice, give me recommendations, but never any pressure. I tend to go in the late mornings for no waiting. Grab a coffee on the way in for a bonus. :)”

“I normally go to another dealership for service but when my Explorer broke down by Eden Prairie I called metro ford. they got me in the very next day once I got it towed and my husband was blown away he said they gave him the red carpet treatment even though we did not buy it there nor was a regular customer!!! he says if they treat strangers this well he can only imagine what their long time customers get. they fixed it same day - done right 1st time. reasonable bill. this is the place to go if you have ford that needs care on west side of town.”
