I do not bank here!However...In light of the Police officers and Fire fighter that lost their life on February 18th 2024 they did not lower their flag to Half Staff as ordered by the Governor of the State to pay Respect to our Fallen Hero's!Disrespectful!!!!

I am a long time account holder with several accounts for myself and children. I went into this branch to open another account a half hour before closing. There were no other cars in the parking lot or people in the bank besides us and the employees. They refused to help us, insisting it takes an hour to set up an account. My husband opened up the account today and he was at the bank for a half hour. He did not have an appointment or all the stuff he needed. The customer service here is very lacking. I was given an "apology" in the manner of this situation being a result of my poor planning.

I love my huntington bank. Back when I signed up for a checking account, the bank teller helped me through the whole process. She made it super easy for me to understand all fine print so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I use the drive through deposit every other week, and I love it! Everyone is super friendly and deposits my cash very fast! I haven’t used the ATM yet. I highly recommend using Huntington, especially this location!

Great branch, and a great bank. I have used tcf for years and was nervous when the switch occurred, but I have been very satisfied with huntington's services and support. I opened my small buisness account with them, and they made it easier than ever to integrate my credit card reader through clover with my buisness account. They have protected my interests with fraud protection, which these days, in very needed. A big thanks to the excelsior team for making my life easier in regards to banking.

Shoddy when they offer various programs ie, standby cash & 2 day early pay neither seems to be what was originally started.
