The warranty company (square trade) arranged an appointment for my TV to be repaired. The technician arrived in the middle of the time window I was given. Although he was not able to fix my TV, he explained what could be wrong and what the next steps would be on continuing my warranty claim.”
“The guy who took care of us in the TV department was very nice, al the people there. Is just that we spent a good 15 minutes waiting for someone who would come and help us.”
“worst service. i took four new phones in november.they are cheaters they did everything wrong on promotion trade-in credit.my monthly bill should be 300 and they did so many things wrong and my monthly bill coming at 500 plus dollars. never go to third party verizon store. thewy made my experince with verizon nightmare...

Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”
“This is a shout out to Kevin! My laptop I use for everything (gaming) had completely bricked on me on a Sunday night. I showed up around 15-30 minutes until the store's closing time, and all of the other employees I had spoken to were assisting customers or tied up with a task at the time. No big deal, I showed up late and eventually found Kevin. Always used a laptop at home, but I had always wanted to switch to a desktop. While I know my way around a computer, the hardware is where I lack knowledge, so it was nice to have his input/opinion on this. Kevin took the time to break down multiple products while respecting my budget and being very informative. Great sales skills with the knowledge to back it up. Good dude. 5 stars.”
“I bought a 27" TV at your Eden Prairie outlet store that was reduced in price since it was an open box TV. Blake sold it to me and Hunter helped me a lot by checking it out and helping me figure out how to split my RCA cord. The TV has no scratches, works well, and was a great deal!”

“Graham the manager today handled the busy customer appts, so professionally. Got me checked in right away. With the wait, he helped me do my trade-in 2 minutes (I had already started on my new phone, just returning the old phone) between multiple other customers and got me on my way. This place is the definition of a busy, successful Verizon store.”

“My daughter's cell phone went missing inside this Target today and Natalie in customer service was the hero! We searched the store for over 30 minutes retracing out steps and attempting to track it's "moving" location using my iphone. In the end Natalie was able to find the phone. She provided caring customer support throughout the whole ordeal. She's an exceptional team member. Thanks, Natalie!”
“I had great experiences at this T Mobile Chaska location. I have been here several times and have experienced no wait or very short wait times. I had a complex situation arise with a phone that didn't connect with my Bluetooth the way it was supposed to. Store manager Sebastian and Ben bent over backwards to resolve my situation for me. Staff are patient and kind. Truly white glove service!”
“The sign for the Lays chips for $5,89 each said buy 1 get 1 free for target circle members but even after I typed in my phone number the total price for both came as $11.50.But the kind Cashier Sue in answer to my request called a Manager and the kind Manager who was also a very kind lady adjusted the price and I got the second lays chips of mine for half price.I sincerely thank them with all my heart for their time,patience and understanding…..”

“Having used various CyberPower UPS's for as long as I can remember, at least a decade, I have no complaints. I've used other brands that cost much more and once I found these, I never went back. We currently have a number of the CP1500PFCLCD Sinewave units protecting all of the Mac's in our office. A pair of these sit behind my console for our home entertainment system. I split the plugs from the 70" TV, receiver, Apple TV and various game systems among the 2 of them. I've always found the CyberPower UPS's to offer great uptime and they've been very reliable, with long long battery life. When people ask me, I don't hesitate to recommend these over any other brand.”

“I was just there today and the guy behind the counter was so friendly. He was friendly to everyone. I heard him when I was coming in the door just being awesome with the people in line and then when I got up there, it was the same for me. A couple of weeks ago I had to have a prescription filled and they were so helpful and so informative. I really had a great experience in the pharmacy. I was in there last week and the lady behind the counter was so nice and pleasant and helpful… I’ve had really great customer service in this store.”
