Easy appointment to make, got my car in on time, and they even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to sit and wait for the car to be done! Excellent service and will be using JM again in the future!

As I was pulling into the state park for a weekend of camping on Thursday, my car made a horrific noise. Thankfully, JM was able to make time to squeeze me in on Friday before the weekend. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and addressed another concern they have. All the while, they kept me updated and were very friendly. They even stayed late just to make sure we could get on the road safely for the weekend! Affordable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Great service. Thank you!

After a concerning issue with our car, we made an appointment at JM SERVICE.
Service Manager Justin Inmon, & his top notch mechanic assessed what we thought would be a "pricey" repair.
A short time later, we were shown & happy to see that the issue was minimal & taken care of!
Top notch Customer service & a team of with INTEGRITY ... JM SERVICE could have easily said it was a major issue needing a costly repair!

I highly recommend JM Auto Service! We had our car towed there when it broke down on our way home from vacation with a 9+ hour drive to go.
They took care of getting our car in early despite being busy.
I can't say how much we appreciate the great service from Justin and their staff, they couldn't have been nicer, took time to explain the issues and recommendations.

I was on my way back home from a fishing trip and had broke down just north of J.M auto. Had my car towed to them. Justin and his team got me in right away to diagnose the issue. I would recommend them to anyone. Very honest and sincere.

J&M Auto in Eveleth. I had an oil change there on Thursday & am very pleased. Lots of places try adding additional "issues" to make more money, but they are fair & honest. I highly recommend them. I get coupon deals in the mail frequently, which I'm also grateful for.

Love my new Goodyear Assurance Weather Ready tires! The ride so smooth and are very quiet on my RAV4. Appointment was quick and easy. Nice waiting room, great price and the best service!
