Bought a brand-new Honda four-wheeler in February 2023. Dead battery after first night bringing it home, sputtering at 20 mph, missing bolts from assembly, wrong parts for the plow they sold and charged me to install. Charged battery for 24 hours. Dead. Was told 4-6 week turn around by service. Adam Dawson said 2-3 weeks. After 4 months of no communication, I called to ask. Sputtering: Was told by a service writer that four wheelers are supposed to sputter at 20 mph for safety. WOW! Battery was replaced and said the battery I put in was loose and causing the sputtering. Very plausible. Tested it up there. No more sputtering. Took it home, drove it in the alley and no sputtering. Put it away. Drove it for the first time after some snow. Sputtering is back. Plow: When I called to see if there was any progress on the four-wheeler the service writer said they were going back and forth with Warn. She then told me they called Warn twice. Twice in months. I gave them the correct Warn part number when I dropped it off. The nylon piece that comes with it is meant for a nylon winch rope. Before writing this, I called two other Honda dealers that were more than aware of this. They took a pulley off a Moose plow and bolted it in instead of using a pin. So, I ended up buying the Warn part because the pulley they used didn't have bearings, the bolt they used was grinding the pulley from the inside leaving metal shavings. The outside of the pulley was grinding against another bolt in the assembly. Their solution was to Jerry rig this. It's $35 part. It's not like the $35 was a deal breaker purchasing the four-wheeler. Front Rack: A bolt holding down the front rack was missing. I asked for that to be replaced. Nope. Couldn't find where it was missing so they never called to ask. They didn't have any so Larry shipped it to me. 4 months after dropping it off, I called and asked if there was progress. Still hadn't even looked at it. Called Adam and pretty much verbally attacked him as I sat frustrated on a new four-wheeler I've had in my possession for 4 months but paying almost a year for. He was patient with me. Wanted to call me back Monday. I told him to look at the service ticket and get back to me that day. (worried another 4 months might go by) He did do that. When we spoke the second time, I requested he and the service manager be on the phone on Monday so we could all be on the same page. Instead, he had the service manager call me. I insisted he get Adam on the phone. It was important to me that we were all on the same page. 3 people on the phone and I had to repeat myself so much I got more heated, because they kept interrupting me. I said to let me finish my sentence. (actually pretty sure I yelled) I interrupted Adam while he was talking. He then asked me to let him finish. I let him know they've been interrupting me since the beginning of the call. Then Adam told me if I continued to speak like that, they wouldn't help me. I asked if they weren't going to honor their work because I'm frustrated and using bad language? He told me to shove the four-wheeler up my ass and they weren't going to help me and hung up. The four-wheeler has just over 50 miles on it. They've been selling and installing this plow setup for approximately a year and STILL don't know what to use. I emailed the correct part number so they can take care of their existing customers that service told me were having the same issue. I guess I'm no longer a customer. For the way I was talking, I understand hanging up on me. But to not honor their work because I hurt his feelings? Because I was being ignored and made to repeat myself constantly? Cute. Wow did I learn to research a company better. I guess I'm used to working with people that stand by their work. I paid full retail for the whole package. I never asked for a dime off any of it. I just wanted a working four-wheeler. Gave them another chance to make good. I've been nothing but pleasant until Saturday. Now I'm no lo

I had dropped a machine off for a starter replacement and they in September and took them until April to get it done and when I got it back the plastics were cracked I was missing side panels and said I had a gas leach over the exhaust when I had brought my machine I had drained the gas out of it so I wouldn’t spoil and could be used for other vehicles and tried to say it was in rideable and when I took it home I fill it up with fuel it had no leak and my air box covers latch was broken too I take some responsibility for it but the side panels and the gas leak was a cheap shot

Would NEVER purchase a single item again in my lifetime from 5 seasons. If I could rate this place a -5 I would. Adam, the owner, is rude, condescending and arrogant. I purchased an ATV from 5 seasons sports and did not receive it in the time promised. I was then obviously upset and conveyed my disappointment to the public. When Adam heard, he called and asked me to take my negative review down. Because I didn’t, he put a note in my account that the ATV I bought from his business was not allowed to be serviced there. So, unfortunately, “5 thieves” as many call it, has lost my business for life, as well as several of my family members and friends. Save yourself the headache and head to Ray’s in Grand Rapids, MN. He takes care of his customers and cares about his sales, unlike Adam. And Yes I did order back in 2020. I was told the unit would be ready in July, so I made the purchase. I did not receive the unit until November. 5 months after I was told I would receive it. I had to call Polaris directly to verify when my machine would be at your 5 seasons and they gave me an exact date. 5 seasons just brushed it off and said “we will call you when it’s ready”. No effort in trying to figure out when that would be. Like I stated, a quick call to Polaris gave me an exact date and the answer I was looking for that 5 seasons could not provide.

I purchased an ATV from 5 seasons. when it didn't arrive in a timely manner, I wrote a negative review. The owner Adam called me and demanded that I take my negative review down stating that it would hurt his business. I refused to take down my review, and since then Adam has added a note to my account to refuse service on the machine that I had purchased from his business. Adam is condescending arrogant and a disgrace of a businessman. I will never purchase another item from him or his business. They don't call it "five thieves" for no reason.

Came in to look at side by sides. Salesperson Carl told me he’s got nothing to show me said we can look around but that they really don’t have anything. As we leave I see a 4 passenger Polaris side by side displayed on some rocks in front of the building. Nothing to show me huh? I guess Carl just wanted to get out the door on Friday afternoon instead of helping a customer. I will go elsewhere.

If you’re in search of a new mower, there is no other place to go!! This place has everything, sales, service, parts, etc… I stopped in with my 2 & 3 year old, which makes any situation difficult. They were able to help me select the perfect mower, price was great and were able to help me get out the door quickly. It was as perfect of a transaction as I could have hoped for. Not to mention, the added convenience of delivering to my house and showing how to operate, check all necessary fluids and inspect parts. I want to thank everyone who helped with this sale and delivery. One thing I will say, this mower is heavy and will tear up a wet lawn. Its my own fault, i just wanted to drive it. It was a great purchase, cut my mowing time to less than half, has the nicest cut I have ever seen, and the kids love rides on it. Thanks for everything, Bryan Turk
