“I Love Meat! My parents have a cabin in Emily (they live in Mendota Heights and I live in Edina) and I've become a huge regular here. They have the best brats in MN and I've tried to find something similar in the cities but gave up after the 18th place. When I go up north I now buy 5 packs of brats and freeze them. The Wild Rice, Ruben, and Philly Cheese Steak are my favorite brats from emily meats!! Next, Smoked Salmon and Smoked Trout... Again, I gave up on the cities after the 12th place. Emily meats has the best smoked Salmon and smoked Trout that I can find. It is fairly priced, isn't too salty, and is dried with a very tame moisture that is ideal! I Stopped buying smoked salmon at Byerlys and Kowalskis... now I get 2 pounds of each when I'm in Emily or Crosslake (the store is in Emily). Lastly, I have to talk beef jerkey... my GF and I have bought so much in the cities at different butcher shops but now only buy from Emily Meats. We get 4-12 packs when we are up there lol. They always have new flavors of perfectly dried jerkey. My GF loves the teriyaki and I love the BBQ, original, Bloody Mary, Pepper, and Colorado! They are unparalleled and, like everything else there, freeze well!! Thank you Jones Family for providing such high quality Meats!!! One last thing! Their Wild Rice Cranberry bread is to die for (we buy 2 loaves andfreeze it), the custom steak seasoning is the best I've ever had, and the service is fantastic!!! Thanks again!!!!!”
