“I bought a new toy from Country Cat in mid June of this year. My salesman, Collin, was great. He talked over the different models helping me decide which was best for my needs, and seemed to know a lot about the machines he was selling. He also called a week or so after to check how things were going. The whole buying process from start to finish was smooth, couldn’t find better service!
Unfortunately my new toy had some problems about a month later, so I got to work with their service department as well, which was just as good as their sales department. I got a new motor put in under warranty (defective part). They got it in to look at it right away and they were able to get the parts for it relatively fast. The service manager, Dan, was good about calling me with updates, and was good to work with in general.
I will definitely be going back there when the need for service arises and when I eventually need another new toy!”
