Today 11/7 we stopped by to buy gas and something to eat, we went to go pay and the cashier was leaning against the wall i told him how much I needed in gas had to tell him twice as if he was high or intoxicated didn't say anything after that, my wife paid for her items with the same person he didn't say a word to her. it was at the first register by the front door heavy set boy at 3:30 . Please get some help for the boy or get someone who wants to work.

Bathrooms are trashed
Plus the guy who makes the food came in used. The restroom didn't even wash his hands. I would not eat any hot food from there.

I stopped in there to use the Cat Scale. Worked good but man oh man that place is a complete disaster, disgusting crap hole. Bathroom was horrific the whole store was just nasty. I’m not sure if a family works there but one gal was carrying a kid around following an older lady while it was screaming for its dad who she said he was busy putting things away. No way would I think about buying any food from there from the way the store looked. Pretty sad for a Casey’s. They are usually a great, clean place to go to. But definitely will not be back to this one.

They never have any food ready when I stop here. Employees seem to be more interested in talking with each other than actual working. Don't know why I even stop here anymore.

The bathroom was so dirty and disgusting that we didn’t want to even use it. The gas pump didn’t work and didn’t have a sign on it.

Ever since moving to ellendale in early 2023 caseys is the only pizza around. Cool. The caseys in medford is phenomenal so I expected none the less. Every time, and I mean everytime I've ordered from this caseys is a disaster. A simple pepperoni pizza, was way undercooked and had 3 pepperonis on the whole large. Later ordered plain chicken tenders, just t9 find out it was basically just the ends. No matter what or when I order from here there is always problems. The afternoon make staff literally waved the scanner gun in my face as I was putting down items. I've complain to the manager and nothing happens. Avoid this place at all costs. Below is 'taco' pizza.

Pizza has been going downhill at this location for a while. Maybe about a year. It was so delicious 5 or 6 years ago. I couldnt wait to get a caseys pizza as we drove back from Iowa. Now the pizza is smaller, but not only that, they skimp with the ingredients, especially the cheese. I ordered extra cheese May 18, 2024. I have had Caseys pizza from this store with no extra cheese in the past that looked and tasted way better than this one did that supposedly had extra cheese. To get a similar experience, I had to take off the toppings of 4 pieces, add those toppings to two other slices, to get a semblance of the ingredients they used to have . Their pizza used to be one of the best around. Now it has been scaled down and not so good anymore. Service was great though. It was ready when I got there. when I saw 'hot sausage' on the bill, they offered to remake it. but it was not hot sausage, it was regular.
