I drive from Missouri to purchase my trailers and a International 4700 from Twin Cities! They have a great service dept!
I came back here to edit my review. This is the 7th trailer that I have purchased here since 2010. Yes, you walk in and they're always busy but yet it's organized chaos. Jim Daugs is an awesome salesman and is the only one that I will deal with. He is a straight shooter and I refer everyone to this dealership.

I purchased a 2019 Lakota Charger in April and was assured the roof and floor was in excellent condition. After the first heavy rain I discovered there was a leak in the ceiling and the bathroom floor and wall was wet.
I called and they were great about getting it in quickly, said it would only take about 4 hours so I planned my day around it to avoid making the trip twice and planned to wait in the area instead. Once I arrived, the timeline changed and Austin asked me to leave it until later in the week. We spoke about them resealing the skylight over the shower and replacing the now damaged vinyl flooring in the bathroom.
Picked it back up and discovered that it still leaked even more now once we got more rain. They had also not replaced the floor and didn't even put the lights and vents on the ceiling back together.
Called them again, they made time to work on it again only a few days later. This time I made sure to go inside the trailer with Austin and he too agreed that the vinyl flooring was damaged and all waved up. I dropped it off Monday and picked it up today, after getting a call that it was "all taken care of". To me this meant resealing the roof a second time now and this time also replacing the vinyl floor.
The owner along with Austin showed me the trailer and were telling me that there is nothing wrong with the floor? The owner proceeded to tell me he was so sure that there isn't anything wrong with the floor, he would refund my money for the trailer.
I like my trailer and have no interest in returning. But I did purchase a trailer that I was told had a good roof and floor- which isn't the case and I came back not once, but twice to let them make this right.
The owner just left and went home for the day instead of working out this issue. The service manager tried to staple a damaged part of the trim in the bathroom together, which wasn't going well, but proceeded to keep stapling a bunch of times, leaving the trim really beat up.
Over the past couple of months that I have dealt with this, I had a terrible time getting ahold of them. Didn't receive calls back, my complaint email never got a response and overall the communication was just horrible.
I now spent 4 tanks of diesel on them trying to make this right, but it's still not right.

Very strange experience. We were trying to buy a small utility trailer ($3500) and they said they would not take my credit card because they had been burned before when a customer wanted to return something they said was broken. So, I said, here is my debit card (it is just cash out of my bank and offers no credit card protection). The owner told me to go to my bank and come back with cash. TOO FISHY. A cash card should have at least been accepted until they are trying to do a deal to avoid taxes or something. And how do you run this business if you don't take a credit card? If you don't stand behind your products, why be a business. I could have gone to my bank and come back with a paper bag of cash, but we decided that we would rather not give them our business.

Journey was awesome and got us our perfect trailer immediately. We asked for a few changes and had them done by the next day! We are stoked to start our business out of our new rig!

Very poor customer service and mis use of customers personal information!Recently had some dealings with Mark. I was interested in a freightliner sport chasis and sent over all my info to try and get approved for a loan. Response back was that I was denied the freightliner but I was approved for a $30k trailer.I never requested to buy a trailer or have my credit ran a 2nd time!Thanks Mark for being a TOOL and having horrible customer service! You could have had a easy sale.

I purchased a dump trailer from TC Featherlite Trailer. When I first arrived I worked with the owner and then left to look at trailers elsewhere. When I returned I went inside and talked to Mark. He already knew everything that I had talked to the owner about. I told him I wanted to purchase a trailer. He immediately had someone start prepping the trailer while we did the paperwork.From the time I told him I wanted the trailer to the time I was driving away was less than 30 min. Mark and the owner were both courteous and helpful. Thank you both for a quick easy buying experience.

Quoted 6-8 MONTHS for a safety check on a used Featherlite trailer. They stated that even if I bought a used or new trailer from them I’d have to be ok waiting 6-8 months for service if there was an issue. I asked how that’s viable customer service and they said that’s just how it is and some people are fine waiting. Not sure how this is a viable for anyone looking to invest in a premium brand like Featherlite.

Thank you Jim!!! You made the purchase of our trailer run really smooth!! We loved working with you and Twin Cities Featherlite! You were not the typical high pressure salesperson- you answered all of our questions and gave us time to look at the trailer and make the decision on our own. We picked the trailer up at 5pm on Friday and took it to a ranch rodeo. At the rodeo we found a small issue and we called you on Saturday morning. You said to bring it in on Monday. You had it fixed and ready to go that day!! Thank you for the great service!! I will definitely be referring you to all of our friends!

This place is great to rent a spot for your campers, horse trailers, and other objects; just ask what they store for you. The lady that helped me is strong and willing to help out with all your needs.
