Almost afraid to post this but seriously the most rude people there. I called about specific mail (college bills) not arriving. 3 were mailed from the University but I never received them. The guy was short, rude and condescending on the phone. Asked the carrier if he delivered all my mail, carrier said yes and that was it. I wanted to check to see if they had anything on hold. They never checked. You can't even file a complaint with the USPS because it goes back to the local office, which clearly doesn't care. Same complaints for the last 15 years that I have lived here

They don't like you and they want you to know it. They accept 0 criticism and make no effort to increase customer service. Large and expensive packages are often left in the driveway rather than the front porch, if they make it to the correct address in the first place. Smaller packages that should also be delivered to the door are often found crammed into the mailbox with bent letters. If you don't plow a 35ft circle around your mailbox down to the pavement in winter they won't even look in the direction of your mailbox. My driver's license with my address AND my car insurance card with the same address was not enough to confirm my identity to retrieve my mail that they wouldn't deliver. It feels more like a battle rather than a service

Worst postal service I have ever seen. The courier fails to deliver mail on a regular basis. He often fails to deliver packages. There have been a few occasions on which I have recieved cards in which the card was opened and money or other contents were missing. The most recent case missing tax returns. When I complained about this the courier, presumably in retaliation, refused to deliver our mail at all today. There were no obstructions, contrary to what the usps claimed. When complaints are made about these massive issues nothing gets done, and the employees are downright rude. The employees have no problem with lying to your face. I often go to lakeville or dundas just to avoid going to this post office.
