I recently had great frustration with the branch manager at the Watkins location of Citizens Bank, changing the rules (or clearly not understanding them!) regarding access to my recently deceased mother's bank accounts. When I walked into the Lakeville branch, I was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude of helpfulness. Within 10 minutes the staff at the Lakeville branch had my situation resolved, thanked me for my time, and I was out the door with a check in my hand. Bravo, Citizens Bank Lakeville!”

“After I visited 2 local bank branches in SavageI was very disappointed with the service and decided to drive the extra 5 miles into Prior Lake. Banker Jamie was absolutely excellent. She solved my problem in less than 20 minutes. I have been served in this department before and they always had good service which I took for granted.But after I moved to the city of Savage I was disappointed servicing local bank branches. Therefore, if in the future I need help from bankers, I’d rather spend an extra 10 minutes and go to the city of Prior Lake.”

“Best bank and bank staff in the state, hands down. The staff is fabulous. Anybody that thinks any different very likely came into the bank and was advised of something they didn't like or want to hear, but was told the truth. "I want to cash an old sketchy check from my friend's cousin's neighbor that he endorsed to me and I don't have any identification". And then was politely advised of the fact that no bank will cash that check. Then they left with an attitude. Sorry, dude, but nobody will cash sketchy checks and every body needs an ID. US Bank ain't a voting booth. Best bank in the state, and the staff is wonderful and professional.”

“I like the people at the bank in Lakeville, Mn, but I have been slowly pulling my funds from the bank because the CD rates at Great Southern have not been keeping up with other banks. Wings Financial has just raised their 1 year rate to 5.4% and if Great Southern doesn't do anything about their rates I plan to take advantage of that.”

“I love them!! The customer service is always great. Being a family always on the go, accessing our accounts from afar is very important. They always return our phone calls, are always helpful, and everything works! I've only had one problem with online banking and when I called, I got a live person (no automated crap) who helped me step by step until we figured out the problem. I opened up accounts for my kids as well and the lady was so patient and friendly, it made their experience quite pleasant. Deposits are in there when they are supposed to be and electronic transactions come out promptly, which is awesome. I don't have any complaints, really. I have just consistently had good experiences with them that when a mistake happens, it doesn't bother me. :)”
