Have been a long time customer and have always received great customer service from the Service Department at Elk River HD. Thanks Jonny H and Darren for checking my Pan American and getting it running again. Thanks Big Hoss for taking the time to show me the hard case on the floor model, it made installation real easy for me when I got home.

Make sure you double check price tags! Seems like they don’t got there stuff figured out! Better off going to Blaine twin city’s Harley they can atleast read numbers and won’t waste your time!!

I had the best experience at elk river Harley Davidson Roxann is amazing she helped me find my perfect bike. I went there with a different bike in mind and she informed me on a new bike with the best interest rates. Now I have a new bike not a used bike and I am more happier than ever. If I could say anything ask for Roxxan she is more than amazing. She really now’s her stuff. When I first walked in the door Kade greeted me he was very knowledgeable but I was not quite ready to buy. Jessica fitted me with all the appeal I needed.Travis was also gave me insights on to what I should future buy for my bike all around a great.. no amazing experience

I would like to make sure Daren receives this compliment. I have not been riding much due to open heart surgery and yet when I stopped in this week with a question on replacing my battery, not only did Daren call me by name, first and last, but when he found what I wanted, he got the service team to replace my battery without an appointment and while I waited. I have always been treated well by your service and parts people, since I became a customer in September of 2007, but never have I felt this welcomed and at home in any service department anywhere. Thank you as well, because I also believe good service starts with good leadership by management. Dave.
