Nice people but…Had two vehicles done there, one work, one personal. Seems like I got more of a temporary fix. After things started flapping in the wind and coming apart where cheap and quick fastening methods were used I made my own anchor points, hope they will hold, they didn’t….. and the plastic skid plate that they reused and reattached after I’m sure claiming that they replaced it with new buckled underneath the car and almost disintegrated it. I was about to bring a third vehicle there before things started coming off my car after someone crossed a center line on me but they didn’t get back to me when a rental car was available. I’m glad they didn’t.

The whole world class crew is top notch! I will only use them for my vehicles and when I give recommendations I highly encourage people to use them too.Not only does world class do A+ work they also give you best in class customer service.They go above and beyond to make sure things are done “right”!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with World Class Auto Body. I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I feel like I need to because of how pleased I am with the service I just received from them. From my initial phone call to them, to when I picked up my car…They really set the bar high. And it’s really refreshing to deal with people that get it. In receiving a quick same-day estimate, to World Class communicating directly with my insurance company, they really made the process easy on me. I received great communication throughout the entire process and now my vehicle looks and runs amazing. They went out of their way, on multiple occasions, to make me feel like they truly cared about my experience with them, and I’m grateful. I had damage to my car door which needed to be replaced. Dave and Cory and their team did an excellent job on the repair. They were also able to fix the lock on another door at the same time. They are dependable and kind owners and have the best interest of their customers in mind when doing their job. If you are in the Elk River area, they are the place to go for auto body repairs.

We had setup a Uhaul for today at 8 am to pickup. Went to pick it up on-time and it wasn’t ready and no one was onsite. Called Uhaul, and they showed this place should have been open at 8 am for pickup, too. No word from them regarding anything, but thankfully, Uhaul had another location with a truck 6 miles away as we had scheduled movers for 9am. I realize there was a holidays, but we had scheduled this before the holidays and should have heard from them before if there was an issue!

Picked up my truck tonight it looks brand new. Kristel was so easy to work with from the first day I brought my truck in to have looked at after hitting a deer. She told me a week on repairs and I dropped off Sunday night for Monday and was done on Friday. When I picked up the guys were great getting it good to go for me. I was referred to World Class by my son and I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs repairs. Thanks again World Class Auto. Was recommended to this shop through a friend. Brought my vehicle here for hail damage under an insurance claim. They were so great to work with I came back for a cosmetic repair that I been putting off and paid out of pocket. I knew they were the right people for the job!!!

All of my interactions with this team were enjoyable. They were very friendly and provided accurate estimates on cost and timing of work. Having recently moved to the area and unsure of the quality of Auto Body work available I called around for estimates. While all of the estimates were pretty much equal, I'm happy I chose World Class!! Had a run in with a buck who took my driver side mirror and door handle with him. World Class was able to give me an estimate and order my parts the day of the run in. The parts arrived in 5 days and I got them replaced the next day! I only had to go without a mirror and door handle for 6 days! I got scammed all i have labored for all my life by Bittrex, My life was in shambles, darkness encroached me everywhere i turned to didn't yield any positive outcome not even the police, Until i was lucky enough to contact an investigating company whose area of specialty is fraud recovery, took up my case and helped me recover back my money with no upfront fee and i can breath fresh air again. i will be more happy to share my experience with others who have also falling prey to internet scam.
