Came in frustrated and confused, left understanding our plan and happy. Special thanks to Alec who handled our frustration with an honest smile on his face and walked us through everything until we were clear on every particular of our plan. The manager also came over and seamlessly problem solved. These guys went above and beyond. The atmosphere of the store was positively welcoming. They must have good top down leadership. Thank you again.

Ordered my phone on June 12th, THEY, the store messed up and and have $ 350.00 of my money still and as of june 22nd still haven't refunded my money, they said don't expect it for another week.that will be 16 days IF I actually get my cash refund back . Unbelievable, i tried calling the store when first started out. Phone redirect you to cooperate, cooperate even tried getting ahold of this store and couldn't for a week. Finally got a right phone number and called it at the store and it just wrang while a couple employees just stood there talking to each other. I told employees I tried calling from home and they said it gets real busy up here sometimes and we can't answer it, little do they know I called again from inside the store when I was there again, no ringing, no answering, no voic mail. . Might have to contact the 3 credit burrows, they will not pay me my money!!! Also the bbb. As of June 22nd 2024 no money back. I'll post later with updates when I finally get it resolved.

They snuck on a $20 a month hotspot into my plan that I paid without knowing for over a year, when I went in to get a new phone they tried to add another $20 dollar hotpot fee onto my plan. I directly told them I don’t want it and to take it off, they said they would take it off and never did, I had to remove it myself through the app a month later. They have greasy sales tactics. Reminded me of trying to buy a used car from a shady dealership, and iv worked for both Verizon and Car dealerships in the past. These guys need a rebrand or sales training. Lying and scamming isn’t ok.

They are taking lessons from car dealers. Went in for a phone upgrade, they tacked on 3 streaming service payments (I agreed to one) then phone protection and some other non-phone electronics protection (talk to your home owners insurance broker much better pricing), and then charged $50 to install the overpriced screen protector (should have gotten it from Amazon) and run the software already on the phone to transfer the data from the old to new phone. The real topper was they screwed up something in the network so I couldn't get incoming calls, they should have caught that with a simple test call rather then just the text they sent.

Service was amazing! Employees were very helpful when helping me with my issue. Although the store looks kind of rundown, the layout was awful and inside was ugly. Also not many shelves for accessories. Needs a remodel. Other than that I had a great experience

There are two managers here that are my absolute favorite, Dylan and Mike. I have returned back to this store three times this month setting up my new upgraded phone, I’m not very techy so I need a little extra help getting things set up. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! They are always so kind and helpful! Everyone at this store is great but those two are my favorite! I will permanently be coming back here when I need support because of them! If I could, I would give 100 stars because of Dylan and Mike! Way to go guys! You’re my new besties and I couldn’t be more thankful for your support and kindness! Totally worth driving thirty minutes to see these guys!

Amazing customer service. Kairen was AMAZING & FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond. I purchased a brand new iPhone 14 & 6 accessories, and added a phone like. I spent about $1,600 and Kairen took time to make sure I was happy with everything and aware of all the benefits available to us.
