Amazon shipped multiple items to our home in one box. I thought I could ship the "customer pack" items back to them in that same same box. That is not how it works.
I was irritated (at Amazon) and having an already crummy day. The staff were nothing but patient and helpful. One young man even offered to help me cancel my return by using my phone to assist me, unfortunately I did not order the item.
Got the items returned. Thank you for your patience and kindness. Top notch Amazon Return service.

Doors were locked 3 mins before they closed. All I had to do was drop off a package. Three high schoolers around the inside just looking at me like I was crazy for trying to open the door before their actual closing time..

The employee that helped us was very friendly. Although it is a busy time of year, we were in and out of the store within a few minutes even though we were shipping several packages. Great service!

This store is very clean, but I feel the staff sometimes lacks the understanding of shipping to PO Boxes. I worked at the location in Rogers & we always accepted packages for customers that had PO Boxes. The woman who was working that day tried to tell me that the package I was shipping wouldn’t be accepted. Package was a day late because of the massive snow storm- but I received a notice from my FB Marketplace buyer that the package made it to him with no issues. Just odd…
