invoice #891161I requested a replacement not a refund. You did what was apparently convenient for you. Your staff stated they compared the spring to 60 others and found nothing wrong. Either they didn't know what they were looking at or need glasses. I compared it to one other spring and the flaw was quite easy to see. I would like to see you attempt to install it on a small flask. So, for a four dollar spring you have lost my business and I will make it a point to tell my fellow shooters how you operate.R. Kopper

.690 balls shipped very fast, arrived in perfect condition. Very well packed to avoid damage . Simple return form included. USPS will not deliver to back or rear door but no big deal , they do easy text tracking but updates from USPS come at 3 am lol. TOTW has stuff no one else has in stock.
